KLF9.0-HL01 Traction Type Large Round Baler Gearbox

This gearbox serves as the drive unit for large round balers and receives power directly from tractors. Power fed into the gearbox is split into dual-side outputs to drive baler operation. Constructed with split welded tubular housings and half-shaft assemblies, it enables convenient part replacement and servicing while eliminating dimensional constraints related to overall length.
Both end flanges are fitted with imported maintenance-free bearings to extend operational lifespan. Designed as a non-traction variant, this unit boasts compact dimensions and low weight without compromising transmission efficiency. Model KLF9.0-HL01 references the original design of imported VERMEER and AGCO units; tailored to domestic and overseas field operating conditions, it has been comprehensively upgraded via cast iron bridge connection and integrated one-piece construction in full compliance with international specifications.
